Why it says that we have to registrer the Messenger Plus after some days?

Messenger Plus! is and always will be completely free. You don't need to register anything anywhere.

Note: make sure you only download and install Messenger Plus! from the official site. Do not install anything which claims to be Plus! from any other site than http://www.msgplus.net/ or http://www.msgpluslive.net/

I think you installed MSN Content Plus.
