RE: installing SUSE Q
You can.  What will happen is it will resize your Windows partition to make unallocated space on the drive, then create Linux partitions.  The YaST installer of SuSE 9.0 and later (if you have an earlier version then you shouldn't use it, as it would be quite obsolete) can do this during installation.

For best results, defragment your Windows partition before you begin.

RE: installing SUSE Q
Correct.  Your Windows partition will be reduced by whatever amount you choose to give to SuSE, but it will all be there and you will be able to select which OS to boot.

Provided nothing goes wrong, of course.  :P

The usual warnings apply.  This would be a good time to back up that really important stuff, make sure you know where your Windows CD is in the unlikely event you need it -- and so forth.

If you can't find an uninstall method, this will work.

See if you can use SUSE to remove SUSE from the boot options. Then delete all the SUSE partitions.

If you couldn't remove SUSE from the boot options, reinstalling Windows will fix it.

Try this method if you can't find a better uninstallation.
