Why is it that only sometimes my contacts receive the come back message? Sometimes they sign in and don't get it but they will the next time they sign in. So what causes it to not be received?

The fact wether or not you are online at that time. If you are offline they won't receive it.

Oh yea i knew that. I am online at the time though and they don't get the message sometimes until their next sign in.

Might be because of MSN serverglitches then. You might be displayed offline to them whilst you are in fact online.

thats a good question, i've had that too before on the plus 3.62 and less, how ever i don't use it anymore with WLM's offline messaging

but since you see them online, shouldn't plus see them as online, and automaticly send the message, regardless of what your status appers on the contacts computer?

i know they see me as online because ive asked them when it happens
