Ages ago i was trying to do work and i blocked everyone on my list so i wouldnt be able to talk to them!
now everytime i sign in, they are still blocked, even though i always unblock them.
ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling msn and Messenger Plus ....it is soo frustrating, does neone know how to fix this?
please help!!!!

Firstly, why did you block all your contacts?? You should of set your status to 'busy' or 'appear offline' or just sign out?

Secondly, I don't think this is an issue with Messenger Plus!. Messenger Plus! has nothing to do with blocking contacts, that is Messenger.

All I can think of, is that when you unblock your contacts, you don't sign out afterwards. Make sure you sign out.

As Underlord mentioned when this question was asked in the IRC channel: it's some server bug and you should contact MSN Messenger support via this page.

yea thanks  i have sent an email to support thing.

i would have gone on offline except i still had to talk to one person and i didnt realise that when i bnlocked everyone i would be blocking them forever. 

and yes i have properly signed out after i unblock them.
several thousand times.

Well, it shouldn't be blocking them forever... This is a server issue indeed and it should be cleared up... If you go on Busy you can show your contacts that you're indeed, busy, but then still talk to ones that you would like to talk to... If they still talk to you while your on busy, change your name to an away message type thing.

Try uninstalling MSN Messenger and reinstalling it...

Or upgrade to the Windows Live Messenger Beta... (www.google.com) I don't know what the link is... On WLM there is an offline talking feature so that you could go on appear offline and still talk to contacts you chose to talk to.

My friend blocked me she has msn plus and she had the same problem. I dunno how she unblocked me when she comes online i'll ask her.

is there any way to turn it off temporarily?

also thx UTI i tried the live beta thing but after i had installed it it said i needed XP to run it and i only have 2000...

My friend said that her computer stuffed up, so she restarted it again and she could just suddenly unblock me.

Hi kato, may i know if you have settled the problem? i am facing the same issue as u...am quite bothered with the need to unblock my friends one by one...help.......
