Is it possible to view anothers webcam streaming without that person knowing it?

That's called invasion of privacy, SORRY.

... Impossible is wrong... it's possible if you put a trojan on the other computer... but it is very VERY illegal.

Yeah, that is an invasion of privacy and the light on their webcam would light up if they have one. They would also probably notice a slow in internet connection speed.

Heh. If he doesn't know to begin with that would be probably impossible for him to create. He could get in a lot of trouble too.

Tip: Keep the little cap thing on your webcam so it just broadcasts black unless your chatting to someone through webcam just in case thats what i do.
