O.P. Shocked  Messenger Plus Refuses To INSTALL
Whenever I click to open MsgPlusLive-400 installation, it pops up with an error saying that it isn't a valid Win32 application. Can anyone help please?

Try downloading the new version off of the website.

Thats what I did. I'm now re-downloading - for some reason it only downloaded for 609kb, when its a 4.25MB file. It should work now.
