It doesn't work for me either way capitals or lowercase.

That's strange, does it just not return anything or do you get some kind of error message? What happens when you type (!VER) in a conversation?

It comes up *No IP* as showin in my screenshot I attached

fergofrog: nothing works for you right now so its not related to this specific bug

As for *No IP*, I would be very interested if you could do the following test: reinstall Messenger Plus! 3 and try (!IP) in Windows Messenger, then try it again in Windows Live Messenger (with Plus! Live) and tell me if there's a difference (could be something in my php configuration).

it has never worked as (!ip) for me but it always works as (!IP) for me.

This goes for all such commands. Lower case almost never works while upper case always works

Tags are case sensitive
