I've got some brand new phpBB forums at www.mcinferno.co.uk and a very nice skin...  what do y'all recomend, like reputation things, and other plug-in's and patches and shit?

look at phpbb site?  they have some iideas there for u to do to the board

I think you should learn how to skin phpbb for a start..and then have a look through google for some phpbb plugins.
