Anyone up for the task of making a "Chat-Only Name" Script for Windows Live Messenger? Would help a lot...

this used to be a feature of Stuffplug NG.... i presume it will be a feature in Stuffplug 3.... its yet to be realeased

Yeah, I'm a freak though lol, StuffPlug 3 was said to be released in August =| Thats way too long for me to wait lol

It IS in fact going to be a feature in Stuffplug 3.... It's unknown even to the developer when it will be released...

I THINK... it won't be too too long... I'd expect it within the next month or two tbh....

I'm currently working towards Milestone 1, which will be a public beta.
I'm aiming to get it ready by next week, but it's very likely that it will get delayed for another week
So I'd say two weeks from now if all goes well, still got a few bugs to squash, and a few design things I gotta fix, after that it's done

Stuffplug (I like the program) it's not gonna be released soon. I was thinking at this Chat-Only Name....
There isn't a way to make a script that makes this function? And if the script "change" the nick to someother, like in "Fast Text" on Plus!???
If it's a DLL, there isn't a way to "call" it to make it hapen???
How StuffPlug can do this???

Well...Stuffplug does this by modifying protocol information as it is sent (I think).

Also, don't bump old threads .

StuffPlug 3 will be released eventually. TB is going through delays. Be patient.
