Backup Emoticons with Shortcuts, is frustrating when you reinstall and you have all yous emoticons but you can't remember the shortcuts.

Anyone knows a  tool or method?

But when you reinstall, it doesn't change the shortcuts, and they are still in the 'My Emoticons' box. So why would you suddenly forget them?
