Hello everyone!
I have installed the new Windows Live Messenger and then 2 problems arised.
First, at the log in page of the messenger, the display picture do not shown, and the place that should have the picture disappear.
Second, the personal message disappear after i have log out everytime. It cannot be saved, and i need to type it again after every log in.
When I install the old MSN messenger7.5, there is no problem. However, reinstalling the WLM still can't solve it.
There are 2 pictures about the problems in the attachment. Can anyone solve the problems? Thanks!

Have you unticked the not to save address and personal message in your WLM option?

If problem still exist, I wrote a Messenger Plus! Live script to fix the unsaved personal message, maybe this can help.

oh, i was having tis personal message problem until now tat i got ur script and it was solved! hope theres no other problems occuring in WLM if not i will consider getting 7.5 back again...

oh!! hmmm, i hav it unticked in the 1st place but still dun work.
luckily the script paikia created helped me.

I have the same personal message missing problem.  However, it works on my laptop.  I cannot think of what the differece is between the two computers.  I reported it to ms, and seems they don't have any idea either. And thanks a lot for the script.  It indeed fixes the problem effectively.

Hi, i´ve the same problem and the personal message one was with the script, but my image is still turning back to the old one as i login. Can you guys help me plz.

Same problem here since new install. what can i do? after logout my display picture is the old one when i login and my personal message is the old one too!
