Guys, please:
Uninstall Windows Live Messenger [WLM] and Msg Plus! Live.
Delete their folders in Program Files[note: WLM is still called Msn Messenger]
Reboot
Redownload WLM and MsgPlus! Live
Reinstall Both of them
Problem should be solved....
