Can someone tell me what is the true advantage of WLM over MSN Messenger in terms of funcionality that would justify the upgrade? I'm still using MSN, very stable and doing all that's supposed to do. Thanks!!!

With MSN you can also call PC-to-PC, although I prefer Yahoo or Skype for that (better quality). As for sharing folders...isn't that dangerous securitywise? Offline messages...that's a good one, is it working fine? Anyone tested it?. I sign in within 4 seconds...not bad, but it wouldn't hurt faster sign in. What do you mean by "ability to search for contacts?

Yes it works fine with me....

As for searching..
you type the name of your contact and it appears, instead of looking all over the contact list....

Regarding offline messaging in WLM, isn't PLus! "set comeback message" in MSN Messenger sort of like offline messaging?

Yes, it is, thats why it isnt included in Plus! Live.
