everytime i run an online game, my msn always go off by itself. and while the game is still running, starting msn willl get me an error message. Turning off the game then try starting msn is fine..(Smilie)

i uninstalled all msn related stuff. and re-installed JUST msn live itself. I could then run the game and msn together.

but then, i installed msg plus live. and now when i try to run it. the ole bad error's back...

i have been running msn and that game together for over 8months now, nothing like this has ever happened. Does anyone have a clue?

Can you tell me what error you get exactly when you try to launch Messenger? also, when you say it goes off, what do you mean exactly?

i am so so happy to get a reply from you, it feels like maybe there's a chance after all.

the game i am running is www.silkroadonline.com

at first, as usual, i play my game. but a friend in the game told me my msn is off. so i alt tabbed out, and moved my mouse over to the green msn icon at the bottom right hand corner next to the clock. as soon as my cursor touch it, it vanishes.

then with the game running, i click/start msn again. but i couldn't, instead i get this error:

Does it happen randomly or when you do something specific in the game?

msn still there when i'm trying to log in. but as soon as i get into the character selection screen. msn closes, or a few seconds after.

is any bug found for this prob?

I play that game (I used to at least) and it works perfectly fine. I used 7.5 back then.

BTW...which version of Messenger are you using (8.0 or 7.5?)
