What happened to the option of putting a custumized song for different contacts? If anyone know anything about it let me know! Thanks

Plus -> Preference -> Customize -> Events Notification

You have to set up an individual event for each contact you want to have a different song played for, and then set up for the event to play a sound when it occurs. you can do this by going to where Nerwin told you:
