O.P. Huh?  Satan Prank Call
A friend of mine admitted to setting up a prank call. Caller Id provided the number: 16666666666.

After i picked it up, a robotic sounding voice said my name, and continued on saying it was satan. After some other random sentences it said to press 3. By this point i just hung up in annoyance.

This friend refuses to tell me how he set this phone call up. If anyone knows how, please post.

This would explain the caller Id component, but this friend wouldn't pay to prank call me. He said it was free *-)

Interesting, i would like to know how to do this with out paying for a service (even though i wouldn't be abe to sign up anyway)
