An option to NOT log anything about my own status or media. I found this waste of event space.

I agree...  Unless you had memory loss. Otherwise it's pointless.

sorry i must be missing something. But there are no options as far as i know to turn off either

Logging of yourself or logging of media ( for myself only )

It may be interesting / useful to see how my personal message has changed in the past. But i certainly dont want to see what songs i have listened to in my log.
