Am I blind or not looking carefully?
Nowhere I can find the smashing service Plus provided by the possibility to give my contacs all a different sound when they come online and even when they sign out.
That feature was for me the main reason to use Plus.
I cannot find it anymore now I have updated to Live.

If it is not included anymore............. pls patchou can you put it back again.

It's integrated into the notification feature...

You can rightclick the contact in the contactlist and select Messenger Plus! Features > Event notifications.....or:

I too was disapointed that the sound alerts on msgplus3
were not on messengerpluslive.
Or at least thats what I thought until reading the forum.

Thankyou for this excellent reply and the information requiered in an easy to follow format to set up sound alerts for when my favorite contacts come on line or leave.
Like Sparklingbird,who I thank for raising this question,this feature was one of my favorites on msgplus3 and I too was going to write and ask why it hadn't been includedas its such an excellent feature. Guess I was still working on the old style layout of msgplus3 and now I can't understand how I missed it.
