(!WAT) has been replaced with (!MYMEDIA) wich depends on having "show what i'm listening to.." on in WLM. If you want (!WAT) back i suggest you download and install Music Now Playing 1.0.6 (it currently supports Winamp and Itunes) ..this one works independant of the "Now Playing" feature.
To encrypt/decrypt etc. old logs you will have to use the commandline for now:

To re-encrypt (or to decrypt) you need, for now, to use the command line parameters of the MPTools.exe tool in your Plus! directory.
Type "Log Viewer.exe" /? to bring up a box with possible parameters.
PS: remember to put strings which contain spaces between quotes. eg:
"c:\plus!\log viewer.exe" /decrypt="c:\my logs\contact1@hotmail.com.ple" /pwd="my password"
