I'd like to be able to arrange my contacts alpabetically according to their renamed names. I don't believe this is possible, I'm not sure where to suggest it.

In WLM, using the Nicknames feature, this happens automatically. Using Plus! 3 with Custom Names, it's not possible: it's a known limitation.

Yeah, that's why I'm saying it. I want to suggest it... Where should I do that?

Adding on to nitemares... by it being a known limitation, that means it is not possible, and since there's a new version, never will be possible.

No, not for Plus!3

And even if there was going to be a new version, it still wouldn't be possible (the reason that it isn't possible because there isn't going to be a new Plus!3 version is not the correct reason).

It is not possible because of the way the custom name feature of Plus! works. When the custom names are activated, Messenger itself actually shows the email addresses, Plus! then changes the visible email addresses with your custom names (this is done so Plus! has an unique identifier to change, the emails).

Since the email addresses are used in the contact list it is that on which Messenger sorts.
