If the main Scripts folder doesn't exist, Plus! won't create it. It just says it can't import/create the script. Once the folder was manually added, importing worked fine.

Happend with me too. But it was resolved on its own :/. Maybe you could try re-installing MP!L .

I hope you didnt manually delete any script folder.
