What error code do you get?

i get the error code: 80004005

have a read here. That should step you through a solution to the problem. Both solutions should work as I have tried them both when I get that error so you can choose which one you want to follow.

Well basically, just translate "tools" and any other words into your local language. Even if you use a translator to do it, you should be fine.

That is the tools menu. I would imagine it is in the same place.

when i fill in %userprofile % etc...   it doesn't work ...
