i dont know if this is a bug
but before, my MSN messenger would show everyones display name fine
but i cant remember when but it changed to their emails
and it wont show their display names, not even in the chat
its like "blah-blah@hotmail.com says:" instead of ":[YourDisplayName:[ says:"
and yeah i want to see their display names not the emails
and i dont know if its a big, or if i can change it into an option or anything
also, whenever i delete my windows live messenger to try windows messenger 7.0 or 7.5 it ends up being messenger live so thats not ehlping either

In the contact list at the top near File and Tools click on Contacts View Contacts> By Display Name.
