Hokay so, earlier today I had troubles signing into msn with my main account. My other account I had no problem, but my main one gave me an error saying : "You cannot use Messenger at this time because your contact list is unavailable. Please try again later Click Help to learn more about your contact list. 810000378"

Well after uninstalling reinstalling msn like a 100 times and repeated attempts of signing in, it finally allowed me to.

Now it's not allowing me to change my display name. Nor is it allowing me to block or unblock contacts.

WHAT IS THE DEAL?!?

I am using Neowin msn Version 7.0 (Build 7.0.0429)

Yes, I have uninstalled and d/l the new version from msn.  I even down graded and redownloaded 6.2 from msn and I still get the same error.

I've done system restores and problem will not go away.

HELP ME!!!!!!!

It sounds like a server-side problem. I think the only thing you can do is wait.
