Okay, it can be resized at the top and at the bottom.

But it can't be resized at the left and right.

ok, i'll make it automatically resize when the program opens...
maybe its because your computer is 2 slow to show all the emoticons or coz your screen isnt as big as mine, but i'll try anyway....

just wondering........ does everyone have this problem?

ok, heres version 1.2. Now it automaticly resizes when it loads. plz tell me if u still have this problem and if u all have this problem. i'm gonna post again a non-zipped version-maybe win zip does something to it i dunno, but heres the zipped version:
