power cycleing may help, the best bet would to call your ISP's tech support they'll be able to look closer and see if you need o tget it repaired or not

Just throwing this out there, but if you think it's Plus! related have you tried running WLM by itself without Plus! installed?

Do you have any scripts installed?

i dont have a script or even plus installed

It won't be: Plus! doesn't alter how Messenger connects at all. It does monitor the connection though I think, but that shouldn't cause connection dropping.

Well sometimes it disconnects because of the servers but that cant be the problem. Seek a expert who lives near you or phone up for one.

Why not? After all, servers are computers themselves, and like all computers, they have problems sometimes.
