When I hover my cursor over the notification, it stays there until I move the cursor. Is this supposed to happen or is it some sort of bug?

Do you mean a toast etc?

I assume you mean toasts, and since genuine WLM ones do the same, I assume it's intentional, and not a bug.

And the tioast-staying-around-when-you-hover issue is, and has always been, part of Messenger as a feature. I doubt it would have survived since at least version 4.7 of the client (the first version I used) if it was a bug.

its a feature for people who want to actualy read the toast before it disappers

and another thing, there are literaly hundreds of different "notifications" on computers, if you want help, don't be a "dumbass" your self when people try to give it to you
