I need help on this every time I turn on the computer and go into my account the WINDOWS file pops up this happens in every account on the computer. There are no virsus or spyware. Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop this?
check the following:
your start up directory
your regkeys;
software>microsoft>windows>current version>run (check all the keys)
also you could run msconfig from the run task in the start menu and check wats starting up when windows runs if u post a screen shot it will help alot
the next thing are you running win xp?
