is it possible in MP!L to make sound commands like /sapplause or /sboring with a sound in your library not using scripting?

You can use /sound <name of sound>. So if you have a sound called traxor smells, then use /sound traxor, /sound smells or /sound traxor smells. If there are any other sounds that have similar names (let's face it, there probably are ) then use the full name of the sound.

Other than that, no there isn't sorry.

What about a quick text? Like:

/sound <sound id>

The sound id can be found by doing the following:
1. Go to Plus! > Sound Library in the contact list window
2. Find the sound you want in the list and double click it, a properties window should appear.
3. The sound id can be seen next to "Internal Sound Identifier"

Also the name of the sound can be used in place of the id but two sounds can have the same name, whereas two sounds can not have the same id number.
