Yeah, i've been meaning to upgrade for some time.. but before i formatted my hardrive i never had this problem.. so why has it started now?

also how much would the cheapest but reasonable good upgrade of RAM cost?

Hmm..i dunno, when i formatter (or before) i had about a quater of my hardrive space left* and now i have 3 quaters of my hardrive space left.

*yes, i have an old computer, but should be getting an 80GB hardrive soon-ish. currently only have 30 GB

It depends on what Type of RAM you need, Download CPUZ and see what type of RAM your Mobo uses, and google your motherboard too see how much RAM you can have.

A good 512 DDr Stick should be good (if your mobo supports it) and will cost £30 - £50.....

K. £50 i can hack i suppose. still trying to work out where on CPUZ the thing for finding out RAM is, but i have had a look on my MoBo before and i know there aren't any other spare slots for extra RAM, so i suppose that'll make things more difficult.
