why is web2messenger down for matinance for so freaking long, and when is it goign to be back up again

I don't think this is the right place to ask, as it's made by TheBlasphemer, and he never comes to this forum anymore. Try posting a message on the Stuffplug forum.

people still use Web2Messenger?

He could be waiting on a new server. That's the only thing preventing him from releasing StuffPlug 3. I bet you when StuffPlug 3 is released, w2m will be back.

TB does sometimes come in here. I think he just reads though.
