File,tools,actions,help,plus are all not working
Also the plus icon isn't working either.

You tried exiting wlm and re opening, i get this sometimes and that solves it :P

Ok, problem. When i right click the WLM icon, nothing shoes up so i can't even press exit!

Ctrl, alt and delete and end it. Have you restarted your computer?
