Hi,
i want to make a vista suite theme
and the last thing i need is vista icons..im not using vista transformation pack 5.5 or bricopacks because im sure there is another way

You can use Crystal Xp for the icons
and for installing them Icon Packager

how do install them with icon packager..?

in the icon packager open the ip file, select it and then on install
i think that shoul do it
