i have the same problem here =s i dont know what to do about this problem
some one help us plz!!!

I have he himself exactly problem

Not run, i am probe reinstall, unisntall, etc, Clean folders etc...

Installers are Oficial's and Checke's...

I am not have a Firewall or AV that make interference

WLM: 8.0.0812.00 Spanish
MPL: 4.01 Spanish

That works for me now !!!!!

There were too weeks, I've installed the SP2 for XP and today I've decided (I dunno why lol) to try to uninstall and reinstall MP!L and that works now !

I'm so happy !

Dunno if that would help but maybe the SP2 is the solution to the problem ???!!

No, i have SP2 and it doesn't work....

Go to C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\
and check if the file msimg32.dll is not missing

msimg32.dll 69,5 Kb...
