I am trying to complete my vista suite (only themes) and the itunes toolbar is wrong..it doesnt fit with the taskbar does. The WMP11 toolbar does and that looks better so is there a way to get the wmp11 toolbar working for itunes or another itunes vista like toolbar

Do you mean the iTunes Mini Player that uses up heaps of resources for some reason and sits in your taskbar?

If so, i do believe with some resource hacking you CAN rip the WMP mini player's UI onto itunes. I'm not one of those extreme pople who will mess up their pc to find out if you can get free music off iTunes, so don't ask me. My advice: just wait for someone who DOES know what they're doing to reply to this.
