O.P. [HELP] why Live_Notifier script can't show Chinese?

I downloaded the Live_Notifier script.
After I installed, I found the toast only show
the people's nickname like an code
not Chinese or English,why?
My plus is the newest one and chinese edition...
window live message and window live plus

It's a known bug in Live Notifier, as in hcchan's reply to [Updated] Live Notifier V1.10 (formerly Convo Notifier).
