O.P. SD cards for digital cameras
Hi,

Just curious does it matter the brand or model of SD card I buy for a digital camera?

would it be better to take the camera with me to make sure or shouldn't matter?

doesnt matter at all as long as its the right type, and as DarkMe said the only difference you might find is the data transfer but it doesnt really matter on a digital camera

If you are buying a big card (2GB and up), just be sure your camera can handle it, I own a Samsung i6 and the max size of sd I can use on it is 2GB.

And at least go for something by a somewhat known brand, not just the cheapest card you can find. Some cheaper cards are useless in my past experiences.
