Hello,

I have recently had quite a bit of problems with Windows Live Messenger. I had MsgPlus Live installed, so I deleted both of them and reinstalled both of them onto my computer.

The problem that I had with WLM still wasn't resolved however, so I decided to do a system restore. After I restored the system, WLM and MsgPlus Live seem to be working perfectly as before.

However, I do get an annoying pop up every time I reboot, it says something about my "Installation interrupted" and that it was incomplete. I've tried deleting MsgPlus Live from the 'Add/Remove' programs section, and reinstalling it, but the message still comes up.

I was wondering if anybody here has any fixes or suggestions for my problem? Thanks in advance

If that doesn't help then describe your problem as accurate as possible:
- What is the _exact_ and _complete_ error message you're getting (make a screenshot if possible)

- What is the _exact_ and _complete_ version number of Messenger Plus! you've tried to install?
(you can find this by right clicking the setup file > select Properties > select the Version tab > select File Version in the list)

- What is the _exact_ and _complete_ version number of Messenger you are using?
(you can find this by going in Messenger to the menu Help > About Messenger)

- What is the version of Windows you're running?

- When exactly does the error occur?
