O.P. how to set server to control other e-mail

i want to know what i must to write in the space called ''server e-mail'' there is a :110 at the end...

depends on what email account your trying to set up...can you tell us what account your trying to add (e.g. GMail, ISP email, etc)

I would suggest checking the help and support section and check you have POP3 access. Now having gone to the website, your trying to add an ISP (Internet Service Provider) email address, which should have POP3 access
