I was wondering if someone can make a script or a plug-in that can do this. I want to know if its possible to recieve a text msg to a mobile phone when a certain user comes online.

This might be possible with a free sms service where you can send free sms (usually a limited amount like one per day) from a website.
I don't know any good sites though..
Also, one should choose a site that doesn't send spam to the mobile and/or email)
