Hey

I was getting a blue screen error then pc restarts, while working , because of R8139n51.sys which is the realtek NIC driver file.

So i thought about upgrading the driver, and downloaded a new one from the realtek site. I'm still getting that blue screen error with the new driver also Rtnicxp.sys.

It was working perfectly for almost one and half year on my laptop.

It only happened with me starting from last night, where i faced some difficulties in my system because of some spywares and malwares.

So why is this happening? and what should i do to fix that.

It's possible that the malware has damaged the NIC driver. What you should do is delete the device from Device Manager, and rebott. his will trigger the Add New Hardware Wizard, which will install a fresh copy of the driver.
