O.P. NFS Carbon BSOD: ATi3daug.dll

Meh,
I had to get your attention somehow.
I have a big big big problem, A couple of days ago i got NFS carbon (bought it from game) and i installed it and whenever i try and run it i will get a BSOD
with the error:
ATi3daug.dll
Does anyone know how i can fix it?
My Graphics card is a ati mobility radeon x1400

does it say its missing or some other error?

because i had an error that some d3d dll was missing, so i downloaded it, put in /system32/ and it worked

maybe reinstall gpu drivers :/ (if above doesnt work)
