Gah, you don't even know how to spell the program correctly, never mind focusing on reporting bugs and improving the program. Beta testing means work, it does not mean your special and get to receive new builds
Thats what i hate.
Thats why a lot of people want t be a beta tester so they can go around saying "Haha i have the new MP!L" etc... and it really pisses me off.

With testers like that, you're more likely to miss more bugs.
Tester are people who patchou practically knows and trusts. People who usually are a member of the forum and have been for quite a while (see sonicspams join date, 2005 )
Look, if you want to be a beta tester I think you ought to bear this in mind:
A few days ago I decided to test Windows Live OneCare beta from Micr$oft. When I later attempted to remove it (it's rubbish), it left half the installation files behind and caused my PC to randomly crash. Since then I have installed linux but that's not the point!
Beta testing isn't always a breeze. It can go wrong and cause you to lose all of your data, it's not about getting the latest releases before everyone else.

Untrue, it doesn't matter for wich "company" you test. It is a known risk in betatesting that stuff can mess up..even asfar as having to reformat.
If you want stable programs (and are not willing to take that risk) stay away from betas.
Looking at other posts inhere: where ever did the OP say he wants to be one just to have it? You guys really should stop assuming stuff (assume in your mind instead of posting), you don't know this person! His/her attentions could be good too and who know he/she could be the best tester you ever seen. Please leave the choosing of testers upto Patchou and stop bashin ppl for asking to become one.
