Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > then remove it
then reinstall and untick the box saying "install vista log on"

Something that annoys be about Vista is the damn HUGE icons!  Seriously have you seen those things (I am not talking about the transformation pack).  I couldnt find any easy windows setting to change them either!!

Right click on desktop > View > Classic Icons
and they'll be the same size as XP

I think the big ones are cool. they make it diffrent. i mostly like the recycling bin
