How can you add mIRC to a website?

You setup mIRC like normal.

Than you can add a web based version.

I think you mean IRC without the m?

As mIRC is mearly a client for the IRC protocol

It's like calling the internet firefox

also, why would you need mIRC set up when the java client has nothing at all to do with it?
