Either the client's spoofing or uTorrent's simply not parsing it correctly. What's so unusual about that?

I highly doubt it's a bug with utorrent and more like a crappy client on the other end or some data got corrupted somewhere.

Some clients deliberately don't report their names. The Blizzard Downloader for World of Warcraft does this, and it uses names similar to the one in your screenshot, actually.

I see them in Azureus every now and then as well. I also have had a few peers with no client name whatsoever.

Nothing to worry about.
