I installed msgplus with sponser a while ago, and now there are weird programs running all over the place.

For example:
"C:\Program Files\Dead math bend\Log junk multi.exe"
"C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Dead math bend\16 size locks aim.exe"
"C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Eachwaybuildsixth\Grim32.exe"
"C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Eachwaybuildsixth\BOLD ITCH.exe"
"C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Dead math bend\SendErrorWeb.exe"

As well as a browser plugin:
"C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\thunkthis\ManagerFree.exe"

Also there are two copies of internet explorer that are always running, but with no windows, if I try to stop one of these internet explorer the other one starts one of those goofy named programs which starts another windowless internet explorer.

Did I pickup some spyware somewhere else, or does this have something to do with msgplus?

Also, just for reference, where does msgplus's sponser program install to?

It might be the sponsor package, you can uninstall it by going to the Control Panel and Add Remove Programs then choosing the MsgPlus! entry and choosing to uninstall the sponsor package, see if the programs are still running then.

If they are still running they are obviously not from the sponsor package.

I think this is something else. Could be some type of Malware/Adware. As far as I know the Messenger Plus! sponsor does not do things like this.

Where does the sponser program install normaly?

i had something similar to this. Just delete the files (you may need to unlock them with unlocker) and kill the ie processes after that.

I followed part of the uninstall sponser instructions, and when I choose remove the sponser it ran:
"C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Dead math bend\SendErrorWeb.exe",
which opened internet explorer, and that internet explorer asked me to type some numbers (which I couldn't read very well, I tried again a few times, but it went away). Now there is no option to uninstall the sponser program. Is there a stand alone uninstaller for the sponser program?

Try download some mal-ware, adware and spyware sanners
Like
Windows defender
Ad-aware
Spybot search and destroy
do scans with them and if it doesnt find any we know its not that

I just got a pop-up ad while I wasn't even browsing the internet (I had just opened google) the ad was from img.lop.com, that site appears to owned by some company called c2 media.

To completely remove the sponsor, reinstall MsgPlus with the sponsor and then try uninstalling again. =]

As for the things running on your computer, I highly doubt that this is the sponsor.

No-one has told me yet where the sponser program installs, what it is named, or any other identifying information about it. Could I get some details?

I just reinstalled the msgplus with sponser, now even more oddly named files have appeared:

"C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Dead math bend\16 size locks aim.exe" (file size/date changed)
"C:\Program Files\Dead math bend\Log junk multi.exe" (file size/date changed)
