I have Zone Alarm Suite and I want to use a p2p program eg. frostwire.
But I think Zone Alarm is blocking it does anyone have any idea on how to unblock it? It only works when I turn the firewall off but even when I do that it is a poor connection.

Is there a blocked/allowed list of programs/services in Zone Alarm?

If there is, all you need to do is use it

There is, just put the application in allowed.

If speeds are still slow you may need to PortForward

It is in my allowed list, I am sure that the firewall is blocking it but I'm not sure if you have to allow any ports or not.
