Exactly what script are you having a problem with?
First, make sure you have Windows Live Messenger and Plus! Live installed
Then make sure it is a .plsc file
Also try right click>>open with>>choose program>> browse>>C://Programfiles/Messenger plus live>>Mptools.exe
