What Formula do it put in so that coloumn I gets Timed ( X )  by coloumn J and the answer comes up in coloumn k? Never been good with excel   Tnx in advance.

I don't know if you mean a multiplication, but if you do, this is how you must do it.

On the K3 cell you have to type
=I3*J3

Then you copy that formula and paste it on all the others cells below, it will modify the formula automatically for each cell.

Enter this into K3:

=sum(I3*J3)

On the edge of the cell (bottom right) click the square and drag down, to auto-complete your results .

It's for a project for a friend and he said to do it so i guess it's real.
